Close Tolerance Cutting:
Achieve precision cuts of all shapes and sizes with our advanced automated equipment.
Polishing:
Refine the edge of glass using progressively finer diamond wheels to achieve a high-luster finish.
Beveling:
Grind the glass surface with diamond wheels to create a faceted appearance. We can bevel edges ranging from ½” to 2″ on both glass and mirror.
Pattern Cutting:
Craft special shapes with precision. Reach out to us for specific details on your unique requirements.
Hole Drilling:
Position holes of varying sizes on the glass surface. While we offer 22 stock size diameters, custom diameters are available upon request.
Laminating:
Bond multiple glass pieces together, offering opportunities for unique colors and patterns. Explore our Specialty Architectural section for custom laminated glass possibilities.
Tempering:
Tempered glass is roughly 4 times stronger than standard annealed glass and is considered safety rated for use in doors, sidelites and other areas subject to human impact.
Insulating:
Produce insulated glass units by bonding two glass pieces to a metal spacer, creating an insulating air barrier. Our dual seal method ensures a superior quality unit.
Delivery/Shipping:
We deliver product in the greater Chicagoland area and will custom crate product and ship via common carrier anywhere in the U.S. For special packaging needs or more information, get in touch with us.
